The Cort Yorktown NAT is a superbly crafted, traditional single-cutaway hollow body electric guitar. Built using classic old-world construction methods, it delivers the big, warm, and full-bodied acoustic resonance that jazz and blues guitarists love.
Featuring a premium Spruce top combined with Maple back and sides, the Yorktown maximizes structural resonance through a carefully set-in Canadian Maple neck with a traditional dovetail joint. This design provides exceptional sustain, structural stability, and rich tone.
This specific 2009 model is equipped with dual factory-installed Mighty Mite Vintage Rocker Humbuckers featuring elegant gold covers. These Alnico-powered pickups emulate a classic vintage PAF response, offering a sweet, medium-output tone with plenty of warmth and clarity. Completing the classic jazz-box aesthetic is a floating Tune-O-Matic bridge paired with an elegant gold C-Harp tailpiece.
