Designed in collaboration with master percussionist Roland Peil, this unique hybrid instrument features a 7-layered alder resonance body and a premium beech playing surface. The faceplate is uniquely finished with a 2/3 rough texture, making it ideal for standard hand-playing techniques as well as dynamic sweeping with brushes or rods. Equipped with Schlagwerk’s innovative 2inOne snare technology, it instantly shifts from traditional, earthy Cuban tones to sharp, cutting rimshots and snare slaps.
