The AF590MF is a Concert body-size acoustic with a ringing tone that’s ideal for fingerstyle blues and country music styles as well as single-note soloing in a variety of musical settings. The Mahogany top, back and sides produce a focused midrange-rich sound that will cut through the mix. The open pore finish feels great to the touch for comfort and enhanced playability.

All Mahogany Body
Developed in accordance with recent acoustic guitar market trends, this model features not only mahogany back and sides but mahogany top as well. Although darker sounding than spruce, mahogany produces a warmer tone with a full rich mid-range.

Concert Body
The Concert body size is smaller and produces a more focused and balanced sound than the Dreadnaught with less emphasis on the bass and a strong midrange with clearer and sweeter highs. This sonic balance of the Concert body makes it ideal for fingerpicking as well as solo single-note playing.

12 Fret Neck Joint
The 12th-fret neck joint on a steel-string acoustic conjures up images of vintage parlor guitars as well as classical guitars, making the instrument more compact but still producing a big sound.

Open Pore Finish
Not only does the open pore finish enhance the resonance of the woods but it also reduces the weight of the guitar for improved playability.

Installed internally without cutting out any of the woods, the Sonitone EQ system retains all the natural resonance and the pure acoustic sound that other systems can’t. The controls are simple to use as well with only Volume and Tone.
